Kate Gosselin has recently been spotted looking fresh-faced, leading people to speculate about what work she’s had done. One expert believes Kate has had fat transfers to get the new look.

Currently celebrating the launch of her new career as a coupon company spokesperson, Kate Gosselin looks like she had more than just a makeover before starting her new job.

Kate’s fresh faced appearance sent the rumor mill into overdrive that the mother of eight went under the knife and had a face lift, but RadarOnline.com can reveal that fat transfers are more likely to have caused her change in appearance.

“It’s the latest and greatest in plastic surgery,” Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, who has not treated the reality star, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“She will have had it injected into fat pockets in her face to get the lines filled and plump up the skin. If it’s not done precisely it can make you look slightly wide and distorted, which is what has happened to Kate.”

Plastic Surgery Increases Among Australian Men

More men are getting plastic surgery in Australia than ever before. Popular procedures include Botox and other anti-aging procedures.

THE male cosmetic industry is booming, with lots more Aussie blokes wanting to look younger.

Plastic surgeons are seeing more men walk through their doors for procedures such as Botox, laser and other anti-ageing and body sculpting techniques.

While some cosmetic procedures are for medical reasons, such as correcting “man boobs” or using Botox to curb excessive sweating, many men are just doing it to fight the ageing process and look better.

The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery’s Dr John Flynn said there had been a steady rise in male clients over many years, which could be attributed to it becoming more affordable and changing community attitudes.

Non-surgical procedures were being used more because better techniques were being developed.

“The strictly surgical procedures are shrinking in favour of the non-surgical or minimally invasive surgery as these techniques become better,” Dr Flynn said.
